Campus Life
Student life at the U.S. Naval Academy is very different from life at other colleges and universities. Students must wear their assigned uniforms at almost all times. There are designated times to wake up and go to sleep at night. Students march to buy essay papers, and are required to stand watch. Dorm and uniform inspections can happen at any time, and students are expected to be ready for them. All of this is designed to teach the students the discipline they will need to serve in the military after graduation.

Events and Service
The Music department at the Academy offers various music ensembles for students to participate in. They regularly stage performances for the school as well as for the public.

Audio stuff

Students can join the Drum and Bugle Corp, the Glee Club, the Pipes and Drums, and the United States Naval Academy Band. In addition, the Midshipman Action Group provides volunteer opportunities for students. They work with local organizations like assisted living centers, hospitals, Big Brothers Big Sisters, and the Special Olympics. By serving in the community, students at the Naval Academy are able to give back to others.
