Effect Plugin

An Effect Plugin is a kind of Plugin that processes an audio signal.

This signal is received through the Effect's Input Pin(s) and the altered signal passes through its Output Pin(s).

Commonly used Effect Plugins include compressors, reverbs, equalizers, etc.

Some Effect Plugins such as spectrum analysers don't alter the sound they processes.

In Ohm Studio, every Effect Plugin has 3 additional Parameters that you can change in the Plugin Inspector: a Dry/Wet Parameter, a Bypass Parameter, and an Output Gain Parameter.
